Another thing I like is your car doesn't disappear behind a curtain, you can not only talk to Mark, but to the mechanic who is actually doing the work. My Subaru needed a new fuel injector, I had taken it to a place up north who didn't even look at the units installed in my motor and ordered me the wrong one which cost me time and money to figure out, then they wouldn't take it back! Mark told me to come down to his shop where an entire pulled intake assembly was waiting for me, no questions asked, for a song! (well not actually a song, but you get the picture). Great service, I expect when I need a mechanic to work on this car I will make the extra trip down to Kent and leave it to the subaru guru and co.- johnhollis1 at Citysearch
